Gee, I know I talk a lot, but this may be bordering on ridiculous. lol Can you believe this is my 100th post?! It’s only been three months!
Here’s some happy news….we are no longer sharing the church building. The Truthway people have been very kind and accomodating to us as we transitioned into the building. Now they have purchased a new building and moved there over the weekend. So starting next Sunday, we will begin having two services….at 9:30 and 11:00am. For the kids, there will be LIFE Groups at 9:30 and Children’s Church at 11:00. For the youth, High School LIFE Groups at 9:30, Jr. High LIFE Groups at 11:00. For now, adult LIFE Groups are still meeing in homes, but many will begin to transition to meeting Sunday nights at the church. Beginning this Thursday, the worship/media team LIFE Group will be meeting at the church at 5:30pm. Woohoo!
Rodney is up at the church right now. We’re having to change a few things in the building so that it can better accomodate our needs. So Rodney is up there today helping out. He’s a carpenter, so hopefully he’ll be able to accomplish a good bit today. I’ll be meeting up there with Raymond & Cary about stage design later this morning. I’m really looking forward to that. Being as mobile as we’ve been, we haven’t really been able to spend a lot of time on stage design. All that’s about to change. Yay!
